2Way audio/video doesn't work

When using the Redfire Test Page link on my Openfire server, I can broadcast video from the 'Publisher/viewer application' but NOT when I use the '2Way audio/video' .  The Redfire Test Page:  http://openfireserver:7070/redfire

When I click the 'First Person' link, all I see is "Enter...Connected" on the bottom of a grey screen.  Same thing is true for the 'Second Person' link that I run on a different Windows 7 computer.

My browser is Google Chrome 32.0.1700.72 m (latest version) and Flash is version 12.0.0.41 (latest version) on both Windows 7 computers.

Both computers are in the same subnet so it is not a firewall issue.
