openfire 4 update in inteliji

hi guys,

we have a working project using openfire 3. we are trying to update it to openfire 4 but having some problems.

are main problem is that the inteliji doesn't recognize the ServerStarter class in run/debug configurations. it seems like the issue is connected to the fact we don't have any org/com folder under the target folder. we tried all kinds of ant builds (in hope it will create those folders).

can someone help us please?
