Openfire permissions to read AD photos

Hi,

We are using Openfire with Spark.  We utilize jpegphoto for the pictures and they are automatically populated.  Works great. My problem is this - Unless the account for Openfire administration is a member of the domain admins group, the pictures disappear and go to either nothing or a user set photo.  How can I make it read the photos from AD without the account being in the domain admins group?

Domain functional level is Windows Server 2008 R2.
