Is there any way to set rules on viewing archived conversations? I would like users to be able to review their own archives, but I do not want them to review ALL archives.
OR ... is there a way to seutp a user to only be able to view a GROUP of users archives? For example, to allow a manager to be able to see all of the conversations of their managed employees in a particular archive? Right now, the archive is open to all and there is no way to limit viewing this in any way that I see.
