Help need starting openfire>Spark for new client

Hello,

I am a intern in a Real Estate Brokerage and have been tasked to input new policy's and technology to better the company. I am user friendly with Spark as a previous employer used it. My issue is I am not however understanding how to use Open-fire to create the server for Spark. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
