openfire 3.10.2 and video for external users

Hi All,

I am not able to find proper solution for configuring Openfire for video calls.

My client is jitsi and in LAN everything works well. Problem is with external user .

here is message from jitsi log

12:42:12.555 INFO: [1003] org.ice4j.ice.Agent.checkListStatesUpdated() ICE state is FAILED

My Openfire server has public IP, traffic is not NAT-ed, In my DNS is record A pointed to openfire and SRV record : "_xmpp-client._tcp IN SRV  20 20 5222 a.b.c"

Could someone give me good direction to solve that problem ?
