we have Openfire 3.8.2 and Spark in our Company (about 30 Users)
Now several Users have the problem that sometimes they get messages without text, but the user who wrote the message put text into it. Or Users send messages and no window is popping up.
I think it has something to do with the cache in Openfire, but didn't change anything and 30 users are not that many.
can anybody help me with that problem?
